Eligibility for RefundsYou may request a refund if you meet any of the following conditions: 1. You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using recrewtly. 2. There was an error in the billing process, such as duplicate charges. 3. You are dissatisfied with the service, and your concerns cannot be resolved by our support team. 4. The service was not delivered as described at the time of purchase. Please note: Refunds cannot be processed if your job posting has received more than 100 applications. Refund requests must be submitted before reaching this threshold.
